Refunds · Kroma Creator Vault

Apple handles App Store refunds.

Kroma purchases and subscriptions reviewed in the current app flow are billed, processed, and managed by Apple, not by NexaraTech.

01 · Apple purchase

Start with Apple’s refund process.

Use Apple’s refund process with the Apple Account that completed the transaction. Apple decides eligibility and the final outcome under Apple’s policies. NexaraTech cannot promise an Apple refund.

02 · Subscription controls

Cancellation is not a refund.

Cancel renewal through Apple account settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal but does not refund the current paid period or remove access before that period ends. A refund request must be made through Apple.

If paid access is missing after purchase, use Kroma’s restore-purchase control or contact support. Restore access and refund decisions are separate processes.

03 · Product support

We can help when access fails.

NexaraTech can help with Kroma troubleshooting, missing access, restore questions, and product behavior. Contact support@nexaratech.ca with app version, device model, iOS version, and a short summary.

Do not include private media, credentials, tokens, or account secrets. The website support form opens your email client. It does not create a website ticket record or send an automatic receipt.

04 · Scope

No direct website billing is verified.

The reviewed Kroma purchase flow uses Apple in-app purchase. If NexaraTech later sells a product or service directly through this website, a separate direct-purchase refund policy will apply to that transaction.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. For App Store purchases, Apple handles this through its refund process.

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
