01 · Agreement

Use Kroma only if you can agree.

By using Kroma, this website, or related support, you agree to these terms and the Kroma Privacy Policy. If you use Kroma for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You must follow Apple App Store terms and each connected platform’s rules.

Kroma is not an enterprise data-processing service. Do not use it to process another organization’s personal information unless you have the required authority and legal basis.

02 · Acceptable use

Use app and website lawfully.

You may not use Kroma or this website to break law, infringe rights, abuse platforms, upload harmful code, bypass access controls, interfere with service, probe systems without permission, impersonate others, or send content you lack rights to use.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, exploit, disrupt, or misuse Kroma or this website except where a restriction is prohibited by law. You are responsible for your device, Apple Account, platform accounts, permissions, network, and instructions supplied to Kroma.

03 · Your content

You keep ownership of your work.

You keep ownership of media, captions, notes, tags, transcripts, URLs, and other content you import or create. You confirm that you have rights and permissions needed to store, export, publish, or share it.

You grant NexaraTech only the limited permission needed to operate the features you request, including storing local app data, preparing a selected publish or share action, providing support, and protecting the service. Kroma does not claim ownership of creator content.

Keep your own backups. Deleting local content, uninstalling Kroma, or losing device access may make content unavailable. Copies already sent to third parties remain governed by their systems and terms.

04 · Publishing

A prepared post is not always published.

Direct publishing depends on platform availability, account status, permissions, network access, valid credentials, content rules, and platform review. A platform may reject, delay, change, remove, or limit content or an account.

Assisted publishing opens a platform or system share surface. Kroma may record a handoff state when it can, but it does not confirm final posting for assisted platforms. Do not rely on Kroma status as proof that a third-party platform accepted or retained a post.

05 · Subscriptions

Apple manages App Store billing.

Kroma may offer monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes payment, manages billing, and provides purchase controls. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple account settings. Cancellation normally stops renewal but does not remove access before the paid period ends.

Apple decides App Store refund eligibility. NexaraTech can help with restore-purchase or access problems but cannot reverse an Apple charge. See the refund policy.

06 · Availability

Features can change.

NexaraTech may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue part of Kroma, this website, or support. Coming-soon products are not available for purchase or use unless expressly released through an official channel.

The website and app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights or warranties that law requires.

07 · Limits

Use service with reasonable care.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NexaraTech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; lost profits; lost data; platform decisions; account enforcement; device failure; network failure; or content deleted, rejected, delayed, or changed by a third party.

Any liability limit, governing law, venue, arbitration terms, and consumer exceptions must be confirmed for the final legal entity and each market. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

08 · Ending use

Access may end when rules are broken.

You may stop using Kroma at any time. NexaraTech may suspend or end access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, service protection, or a material breach of these terms. Sections about ownership, third-party services, limits, payment, and dispute handling survive where their nature requires.

If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect to the extent allowed by law. NexaraTech may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where law allows.
