Data with a defined purpose
We collect information only for a clear, specific reason, such as making a feature work or answering a support request, and we don't repurpose it for anything unrelated. Kroma keeps your creator library on your device unless you choose to share it.
Terms
Clear rules for disputes
Our terms name Ontario law and the courts that hear disputes, so the rules are settled in advance. Consumers keep the protection of the laws where they live, and we never force disputes into arbitration.
Accountability
Fair, stated limits
Liability is capped at the greater of what you paid for the app in the previous 12 months or CA$100, and never below what the law requires. Indirect losses are excluded only where the law allows.
