This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is intended for business customers that use Nexara Tech apps or services in a way that requires a data processing agreement. To request a signed copy, contact us at hello@nexaratech.ca.
For personal app use, Nexara Tech generally acts as an app provider. For business customers that provide personal data for processing, the business customer is the controller and Nexara Tech acts as a processor only for the services requested by that customer.
Nexara Tech processes personal data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested apps and services, and only as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Nexara Tech processes customer personal data according to the customer's documented instructions, including configuration choices made inside the app or service.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, secure credential storage where applicable, privacy-safe diagnostics, and transport security for supported network flows.
Nexara Tech may use service providers for hosting, app distribution, payments, diagnostics, and connected platform integrations. These providers are used only as needed to deliver the app or service.
Business customers may request reasonable assistance with deletion, access, or correction requests by contacting us. Some data may be stored locally on user devices or controlled by third-party platforms.
