Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. You agree not to misuse our apps or help anyone else do so.
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple account.
All content, branding, and code associated with our apps are owned by Nexara Tech unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our apps without permission.
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexara Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Purchases made through Apple in-app purchase are billed by Apple and refund requests are handled by Apple. See our Refund Policy for details.
